Workinn Hotel which is located at the heart of the Gebze Industrial Zone in Istanbul, has been designed according to the principles of Feng Shui with these ideas.

Feng Shui’s main principles are to recognize and respect the rules of nature, direct the flow of energy to the best direction and thus create life spaces that are healthy, happy and productive. Feng Shui, in short, is to use nature’s mathematics to our advantage.

Workinn Hotel, is located on a mild slope. Hills rising to its North and North-east protect our building from harsh winds. The main facing on the South and South-west enjoys warmth and bright light, which gives positive energy as you enter the building. The decreasing inclination reaches down to the sea and provides a beautiful view. To both sides of the sea are coves and further away you can see the mountains. This embracing form protects our energy at all times.

At the Workinn, the fundamental five elements of Feng Shui (wood, fire, earth, metal and water) have been used with different forms, colors and materials to create perfect harmony. The water elements used at the entrance to the hotel, the composition of the gallery at the lobby, the colors and objects have all been selected significantly. You can feel the balance of yin and yang throughout the general areas of the lobby, restaurant, bar, patisserie, conference rooms, health club and spa, as well as the private spaces of the rooms. The feeling of unity with nature which gives comfort and is the necessity of the environment that surrounds us has been emphasized throughout.

We meticulously selected the days on which we laid the foundations of our building and also opened our hotel to our guests. These were special days of the calendar when Heaven or the Sky was in rhythm with the Earth.
